It’s been quite some time since I’ve had a chance to post a new blog. Summer has been keeping me pretty busy.
Went down to PGP in WA last weekend for XDC’s round 6. Qualified 11th and worked my way into the top 4. while battling to make it into the top two I broke an axle shifting into second on the front straight.
Called a 5 min rule to fix it so I could go against Mike Phillips for 3rd or 4th. Ended up getting a new axle back in and getting back to the track only to spin. The adrenaline of only having 5 min to fix my axle got to me I guess, oh well ended up getting 4th place (not bad for my 1st real drift comp)
Here’s a few quick shots from the event.

Oh Snap!

One quick shot from when we went to pgp the other weekend from gawd designs

2011 here we come!

As some of you may already know Shawn and I have added one more purple car.
This time its Steven Thompson’s 1993 Toyota Soarer

Short Japan edit from AW films

Here’s Abbitt’s latest edit from when him and his brother went over to japan late 2010, short and sweet with some good footage.
The things I would do to get to drive over there.

One more thing, after the disasters that hit Japan Abbitt started making some stickers and all the proceeds go to help out the red cross in Japan. So make sure to buy a few to help out!

New rear Lip on the Legacy

As you can see I’ve been working away on my legacy getting it ready for this season. Cage is all done thanks to Chris Scremin. I’ve got my interior all in and painted thanks to my girl and Cole.

Fmic is peeking though the bumper now after Shawn made the intercooler pipes. That’s going to make a huge difference from the top mount I had getting really heat soaked.

New rear lip also, this ones from an sc400 and it fits the car so good. its a little long on the sides so with a little trimming it fits perfect. Shawn made us new exhaust tips, they are 2.5 foot long megaphones going from 3″ to 4″.

Our buddy Mark runs a laser cutter at work so he made us these tow hooks for the front and rear.
